The company confirmed on Tuesday (September 19) that the 48-year-old comedian will no longer make money from his channel, after multiple women came forward with allegations of rape, emotional abuse and sexual assault.

His account, which has 6.6 million subscribers, has been suspended from monetization “following serious accusations against the creator.”

“This decision applies to all channels that may be owned or operated by Russell Brand,” the video service said in a statement, via ET Canada.

The suspension means his videos will not make money from ads that run within, before and after his YouTube videos, such as “What REALLY started the Hawaii fires?” and “Covid Tsar admits lockdowns were NEVER a question of science.”

At the same time, their tour dates were also postponed.
