Anush Agarwal was born on Tuesday, 23 November 1999 (age 23 years; as in 2023) in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Their zodiac sign is Sagittarius. He became interested in horse riding in his childhood when his parents took him to Tollygunge Club when he was 3 years old. When he was 8 years old, his mother enrolled him for horseback riding training, and he began competing in local tournaments. Anush Agarwal began training in the dressage segment of the equestrian sport, which involves the rhythmic movement of horses to the tune of music across an arena. He failed to qualify for the 2018 Asian Games and 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In an interview, he said that the time between October 2019 and December 2020 was very challenging for him as he was not able to qualify for many tournaments. While training in Germany, he rode four horses named Manny, Sir Carmelo Old, a gelding horse (neutered male horse) born in 2007 and related to the Oldenburger (OLDBG) breed, Loro Piano, born in 2007.
