Anthony Ramos holds a small Transformers figure during the world premiere of Transformers: Rise of Beasts held at Marina Bay Sands over the weekend in Singapore.
The 31-year-old actor was joined by co-stars Dominique Fishback and Tobe Nwigwe, along with Tobe’s wife Martica ‘Fat’ Nwigwe (they had just welcomed their fourth child!) and director Steven Caple Jr.
In a new interview, Anthony opened up about how he caught fire while filming!
“The craziest day on set was when I almost got burned by one of the fireworks that went off,” he said. special effects magazine. “In one of the scenes, there’s a big battle on a museum lawn.”
He adds that you can see “some of that in the trailer. My jacket starts to catch a little fire. You can see a spark go into my jacket. It’s the actual shot they used.”
In another interview, Anthony and Dominique, who are longtime friends, opened up about their audition story.
Transformers: Rise of Beasts It will be released in theaters on June 9.
