Anmol Kwatra is an Indian social worker and actor. He is the founder of the NGO Ek Zaria, an initiative of We Don’t Accept Money or Things. In 2020, she played the role of Shitran in the Punjabi film Ik Sandhu Hunda Si.

Anmol Kwatra was born on Wednesday, 15 May 1996 (age 27 years; as of 2023) in Ludhiana, Punjab. His zodiac sign is Taurus.
He did his primary education from San Jain Model Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana.
He then joined Greenland Senior Secondary School, Ludhiana to complete his school education.
After this he did BBA from IK Gujral Punjab Technical University in Jalandhar. He also attended PCTE Group of Institutes, Ludhiana, Punjab from 2014 to 2016. While in college, Anmol actively participated in co-curricular activities like dance.
From a young age, he was inclined towards social service and during his college days, he started taking part in social activities as a hobby.

Anmol Kwatra started working as a social worker when he was in college and founded the NGO We Don’t Accept Money or Things, which was later named Ek Zaria. Through his NGO, Anmol provides assistance to poor children on the streets with medical aid, food and other health facilities. He mainly takes cases of children under 13 years of age. However, he has also helped many other needy people.
Unlike other NGOs, Anmol’s NGO does not accept any money or things from donors but helps in connecting the donors with the needy. He also frequently visits government schools in Punjab and distributes books, stationery and uniforms to needy children. Although he works alone, his NGO has around 20,000 to 25,000 registered members (as of 2023).
In 2019, she released her Punjabi song Daleriyan on Punjabi channel 9X Tashan. The song received appreciation from the audience.
A year later, he played the role of Shitran in the Punjabi film Ik Sandhu Hunda Si, starring Gippy Grewal in the lead role.
He also has a YouTube channel, Anmol Kwatra, which was created on 8 September 2017. Anmol shares inspirational stories and real life stories on his channel. The channel has 743 K subscribers on YouTube. In 2023, he started the podcast ‘AK Talk Show’ on YouTube, where he had interesting discussions on trending topics with the most knowledgeable personalities from various fields.
He has also appeared in a short film Sunya Kuch, Asal Kuch (2021) which was based on the farmers’ movement.

After Kwatra shared the incident on his social media handle, many of his supporters gathered at Shivpuri Chowk and blocked the national highway to demand action against Congress workers. Later the Congress workers were arrested by the police.
