Anmol Kwatra is an Indian social worker and actor. He is the founder of the NGO Ek Zaria, an initiative of We Don’t Accept Money or Things. In 2020, she played the role of Shitran in the Punjabi film Ik Sandhu Hunda Si.

Anmol Kwatra started working as a social worker when he was in college and founded the NGO We Don’t Accept Money or Things, which was later named Ek Zaria. Through his NGO, Anmol provides assistance to poor children on the streets with medical aid, food and other health facilities. He mainly takes cases of children under 13 years of age. However, he has also helped many other needy people.
Unlike other NGOs, Anmol’s NGO does not accept any money or things from donors but helps in connecting the donors with the needy. He also frequently visits government schools in Punjab and distributes books, stationery and uniforms to needy children. Although he works alone, his NGO has around 20,000 to 25,000 registered members (as of 2023).

In 2019, she released her Punjabi song Daleriyan on Punjabi channel 9X Tashan. The song received appreciation from the audience.

- In an interview, Anmol told that during his college days, his friends used to call him ‘Baba’ because of his habit of lecturing everyone.
- In an interview, Anmol revealed that he got the inspiration to start an NGO from his father, who used to serve by conducting funeral ceremonies for unidentified dead bodies. He further revealed that when he was in college and collected money from people to help the poor, some of his friends used to laugh that instead of donating the money to the poor, he used that money to buy clothes and shoes for himself. Did, so they decided to keep things transparent. That’s when they decided not to accept any cash or items and asked donors to contact those in need directly.
- While talking to the media, Anmol Kwatra told that he used to get more than 2000 calls a day and he used to try to help all of them. He keeps visiting government schools of Punjab and works towards improving their conditions.
- In May 2019, when Kwatra’s father contested the councilor election in Ludhiana on a Lok Insaaf Party (LIP) ticket, two Congress workers allegedly attacked him and his father during voting. After Kwatra shared the incident on his social media handle, many of his supporters gathered at Shivpuri Chowk and blocked the national highway to demand action against Congress workers. Later the Congress workers were arrested by the police.
