Ankit Nagori was born on Sunday, 27 October 1985 (age 38 years; as in 2021) in Bokaro, a small town in Bihar, India. He moved to New Delhi at the age of 5 and attended Delhi Public School for his early education. He was a cricket lover since childhood and used to play it during his school days. Later, he went to the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati to pursue a bachelor’s degree in engineering. During his graduation, he also became the captain of the IIT, Guwahati cricket team and completed his graduation in 2007.

In 2020, Ankit invested in the potential of health care foods and used his equity to acquire a majority stake in CureFoods, which was a part of Eat.fit. CureFoods uses Eat.fit to run its cloud-based kitchen. However, he still retained his stake in Cure.fit. Following this change in equity, Cure.fit issued a statement saying,
