Angelo Badalamenti, the famous composer, passed away on Sunday, December 11, at the age of 85. He is known for his film and television productions such as Law and Disorder, Tough Guys Don’t Dance , Wild at Heart, Lost Highway, Stalingrad and Twin Peaks, among others.
Angelo’s grandson paid tribute to him on social media, tweeting a photo and praising his efforts with the caption:
“A great musical and aesthetic inspiration to me and many others. He never left North Jersey for Los Angeles, loyal to his roots and family. Not to mention his stages. random but amazingly realistic dialogue in his life that he never tire of recounting. He will be missed by many.”
Angelo died of natural causes at his home in Lincoln Park, New Jersey, where he lived at the time of his death. The composer is currently surrounded by family members.
