After completing the Cordon Bleu Grand Diploma in London, Anahita Dhondy returned to India and along with restaurateur AD Singh launched the first SodaBottleOpenerwala in Gurgaon’s Cyber ​​Hub in 2013. At the age of 23, he started working there as a chef manager. Later, he led the opening of several restaurant branches in cities including Delhi, Hyderabad and Bangalore and worked for them continuously for eight years. He took over seven outlets of Bombay Irani Cafe in three cities. In 2009, she worked as a kitchen intern for Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces. In 2010, he interned at Marriott International for three months. From May 2011 to May 2012, he worked as a Kitchen Management Trainee at Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces. During the first lockdown in India, Anahita and her mother started a weekend food service at their home called Weekend Kitchen, through which they delivered home-cooked food to many areas of Gurugram.
