Film
After completing her graduation, Amritha Aiyer started working as a model and actress in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. She appeared in minor roles in various movies like Lingaa (2014), Tenaliraman (2014), Pokkiri Raja (2016), and Theri (2016).

Amritha Aiyer made her acting debut as a lead actress in the Tamil film Padaiveeran alongside Vijay Yesudas in 2018, playing the role of ‘Malar’. A critic from ‘The Hindu’ praised her performance in the film. The same year, she appeared as Thenmozhi opposite Vijay Antony in the Tamil film Kaali.
