Artificial intelligence:

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think like humans and mimic their actions. AI can also be used to refer to any machine that exhibits traits related to the human mind such as learning and problem solving. Artificial intelligence is capable of rationalizing and performing actions that can achieve a certain goal. AI includes technologies like machine learning, pattern recognition, big data, neural networks, proprietary algorithms, etc.

Alok Bansal, CEO, Global Business Process Management, Visionet Systems, stated: “A significant advantage of artificial intelligence is its ability to improve operational efficiency. By automating repetitive tasks and using intelligent algorithms, artificial intelligence streamlines tasks. processes and reduce manual effort.
