Deontay Wilder is an American boxer who held the WBC heavyweight title from 2015 to 2020. He defended his title ten times before losing to Tyson Fury on February 22, 2020. Telli Swift was born on January 24, 1987 in the Philippines. She was born as Shuntel and only took the name Telli when she became famous.
Swift was destined to be a star from a very young age. Telli’s mother recognized that she had potential as a model and worked to ensure that Telli had sufficient opportunities to showcase her natural talents. By the age of 3, Telli was attending photo shoots and appearing in beauty pageants.
Telli continued to work as a model before debuting on a reality show in WAGS Atlanta. She left the show after giving birth to her second child and now works as a fashion designer.

Their relationship quickly turned serious, and in early 2018, Telli was concerned about Wilder’s commitment to the relationship. She wanted him to propose, but he seemed reluctant. Telli even considered getting a place of her own to pressure Deontay into getting engaged.
Deontay revealed in an episode of WAGS why he was reluctant to propose to Telli. He stated in a conversation with Andre Caldwell and CJ Mosley;
“I love the girl. She has my heart. She is my baby, she is my best friend… Even though I know I have a real woman and love her to death, I know that I could give everything for one person and keep fucking myself… I am definitely not. Closed mind. about it, because like I said, I found my best friend.”

It was a truly emotional day for Telli. She found out that she was going to have a daughter and eventually became engaged to Wilder. On February 15, 2018, Telli posted a video on Instagram showing her best moments with Wilder. She captioned the post;

The couple have been engaged for three years and have yet to announce a wedding date. However, they still look happy and very much in love.

After Joshua’s shock knockout loss to Abel Ruiz, Wilder accused Joshua of not being a true champion via an Instagram post. Telli posted a comment on the post saying; “Actions speak louder than words!! Let’s talk no more…everyone knows what’s up!!”
The issue between Wilder and Joshua concerns their disagreement over a possible fight between the pair. Telli was also involved in the controversy over another of Wilder’s rivals, Tyson Fury.
Tyson and Wilder met in the ring at the end of 2018. Fury appeared to be on his way to victory after a great display of tactical boxing in the early rounds. However, Wilder executed two knockdowns in the 8th and 12th round, putting him back in the fight. The judges ruled a draw, and Telli was unimpressed.

Telli contributes to charity through the WAGS Boxing Association. The association is made up of the wives and girlfriends of active and retired boxers who work to raise money for the less fortunate in society. The association’s website says;
“The purpose of the BWA is to have an alliance of women within a network who are fully committed to collectively affect change within themselves and in the communities around them.”
Funds raised by the association are given to service providers and non-profit organizations that support children and families.
