Ali Velshi is a Canadian television journalist who works for NBC News as a senior business and economics correspondent. Ali Velshi was also a fill-in weeknight host of Top Story with Tom Llamas on NBC News Now and a fill-in Friday night host of The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell on MSNBC.
