In new court documents, Alec alleges that Olga Solovey, Anatolii Androsovych and Svetlana Zemko filed the lawsuit to “obtain compensation” for the shooting death of the cinematographer in a film set in 2021.

“The loss of a daughter and a sister is undoubtedly painful in any circumstance. However, Plaintiffs, who had been physically, financially, and emotionally estranged from Halyna for years prior to her death, have no viable cause of action against Defendants. This action is especially bad,” the presentation read, via Today.

Alec was charged with manslaughter after the incident and denies any wrongdoing. He, too, settled in with the cinematographer’s husband and son last year.

Alec Baldwin’s lawyer dropped a stunning bombshell in March and the district attorney’s office denies the claim.
