No charges have yet been filed against Alec Baldwin

TMZ reports that the protester has not pressed charges against Baldwin. However, the star could still face legal problems.

“The anti-Israel protester who clashed with Alec Baldwin has not filed a police report, but there may still be some legal action on the horizon over the phone swipe… TMZ has learned,” TMZ wrote.

“We find the woman who confronted Alec in a coffee shop in New York about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and it turns out… she is performance artist Crackhead Barney (yes, that’s her real stage name). We asked her if she had already gone to the police… and her representative told us no, not yet.”

Baldwin also faces criminal charges following a tragedy on the set of Rust in October 2021. The former Saturday Night Live star fired a gun on the set of the film. The fatal shot killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and wounded film director Joel Souza.
