When she was in 12th class, she started dating Rohan (son of her father’s friend). The couple dated for a few years and later, they broke up as they were not able to manage a long distance relationship. After this, through common friends, he met ‘Indian Idol 3’ contestant Parleen Gill in Pune Army Cantonment. They became friends and soon started dating each other and after dating for a few years, the couple got married in a Gurudwara on 21 February 2016 (Sunday). Parleen Gill said in an interview,

Their marriage did not last long and they later got divorced. Almost four years after her breakup with Rohan, they meet again at a school reunion party. Rohan is working in the Indian Merchant Navy.
