Ajay Goyal was born in Kolkata, India. In 1994, Ajay Goyal completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business Management from St. Xavier’s College. In 1999, he completed his post-graduation from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Jodhpur, where he studied Company Secretaryship, Banking, Corporate, Finance and Securities Law. In 1999, he completed his studies for Chartered Accountant, Finance and Financial Management Services at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
