In 2020, Aslam was included in the Puneri Paltan team’s youth academy, Yuva Paltan, where he honed his skills and got the opportunity to play in various state-level Kabaddi competitions. In March 2022, he was a member of Team Yuva Paltan, which won the first position in the state level commercial Kabaddi competition in Vikhroli. In May 2022, he was a member of the team Jai Bajrang that won the Shri Mavli Mandal Thane state level Kabaddi competition.

In January 2023, he represented the Bank of Baroda team in the Maharashtra Workers Welfare State Level Kabaddi Tournament, which won the tournament.

In April 2023, he led the Thane District Hampi Heroes team to victory in the Youth Kabaddi Series. Playing as a right-cover defender, he scored a total of 47 tackle points in the tournament.
