After completing his formal studies, Aditya joined his family business, ‘Motwane Private Limited.’ This company provided various services such as organizing corporate events, parties, and weddings; moreover, it offered products like telecommunication equipment, public address systems, security alarms, detectors, and electronic sirens.
Percept Limited
Aditya Motwane joined Percept Limited in 1999 as a Production Executive. After working for 12 years in the position, he was promoted to the designation of Chief Operating Officer. While serving at Percept Limited, Aditya worked on over 500 national and international projects, which included a diverse range of assignments such as organising Bollywood stage shows, live television events, sports and talent shows, international conferences, managing private celebrations, large-scale weddings, and coordinating charity events.

Controversy
Detained for Possession of Cocaine
On 8 August 2017, Aditya Motwane was detained at Abu Dhabi airport for possession of cocaine. He was held in isolation by the Abu Dhabi airport police for two days. A blood test confirmed that he had consumed drugs following which he was sent for forensic examination. The airport authorities later referred the case to public prosecution, resulting in his arrest and imprisonment at Al Wathba prison in Abu Dhabi.
