Aaron Rodgers responds to those who think he faked his Achilles injury

Aaron Rodgers is responding to those who think he might be faking his injury based on his incredibly fast healing speed.

If you don’t know, on September 11, 2023, during his first offensive attack on the NFL’s Monday Night Football season opener, Aaron ruptured his Achilles tendon. He had surgery 2 days later. Normally, this type of injury would keep a player out for the entire season. However, Aaron claims that he could play again soon.

Now he is responding to those who think he has been faking his injury.

“It broke,” the 39-year-old quarterback said on the Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday (Nov. 14). “It was fixed by the best doctor in the country and since September 13 all my focus has been rehab and getting back on the field.”

He continued: “Let me tell you clearly. There aren’t many people who have the unique situation I found myself in. I got hurt on the first trip of the season. I don’t want to retire, I want to come back. I have the best doctors in the country. My full-time job is rehab. My mindset from the morning after the injury, even before I had surgery, was that I was going to try to do something that no one had done before. So I put all my energy and research into this.”
