Akash has an elder brother, Amit Ahuja, and an elder sister, named Aanchal Ahuja. Her cousin is Sonam Kapoor’s husband Anand Ahuja. His uncle is Harish Ahuja, owner of Shahi Exports. Very few people know about Akash’s love life but he definitely hints at it in his music. There are rumors that he is dating a girl nicknamed “Nini”, however, apart from a line from a song, there is nothing else to confirm this.

His musical journey began at the age of three when he received a set of tablas. He started learning to play the tabla at the age of six and at the age of nine he was declared a child prodigy and played the tabla for thousands of people at the Town Hall in New York City. He started taking interest in hip-hop music when he was eleven years old. Aakash has released several songs, toured India, been on a Times Square billboard, made the iTunes pop charts and gained a ton of fans. Sky has released a few songs that got some buzz, like “See You Lookin'” and “Soldier” but 2020 was when his career really took off.
