A big rumor about the next A24 movie Civil war is being discredited.
If you don’t know, the film is from writer-director Alex Garland and stars Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Cailee Spaeny, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Sonoya Mizuno, Jesse Plemons, and Nick Offerman.
The film was said to be over 3 hours long. It’s unclear how that rumor actually started, but IMDb reportedly indicated that the film was 3 hours and 15 minutes long.

However, Variety confirmed that the film is less than two hours long at 109 minutes.
