Zooey Deschanel spoke about her long-awaited return to television and some of the titles attributed to her in a new interview with vanity fair.
The 43-year-old actress returned to television with a role in the Apple TV+ series Physical this year. It marked her first major role in the medium since the conclusion of her hit series. new girl in 2018.
During her conversation with the outlet, Zooey explained what attracted her to the project and ended a year-long break from television.
She also referred to being called “the manic dream girl,” a label attributed to her after starring in 500 days of summer. While Zooey didn’t like the label, he revealed one that he liked much more.
