He merged his law firm with other renowned law firms to form AZB & Partners. Ajay Bahl and Bahram Vakil are partners at AZB and Jiya is a partner with Modi. In 2004, AZB & Partners started with 12 lawyers. It is considered one of the largest law firms in India with 400 legal professionals and multiple offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Pune.
