Guilty of possessing fake graduation degree

In 2007, Fahmida Mirza, a Pakistani politician and the 18th Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan, and her husband Zulfikar Mirza, a politician, filed a petition in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) challenging the authenticity of Yasmin Shah and her nomination for the Senate elections.
