There are over 80 wrestlers to unlock World Wrestling 2K23. Many are unique champions with their own set of moves. Others are classic skins that give a new look to those already on the list.
With more wrestlers, there are even more options to go up against a variety of online and local opponents. Play live, the fun is multiplied World Wrestling 2K23 and friends. However, unlocking all the content in itself is a bonus for die-hard WWE fans.

Wrestlers are unlocked through virtual currency
Most wrestlers are unlocked by spending Virtual Currency (VC). The money in this game is slowly earned by completing different types of races World Wrestling 2K23. Each character costs 1,000 VC, for a total of 59,000 VC.
Deluxe Edition owners will get each of these wrestlers instantly using the optional item Supercharger.

Characters unlocked through MyRise and 2k Showcase
Other wrestlers are unlocked by playing World Wrestling 2K23Campaign and challenge modes. Fewer characters than VC, but doesn’t require much breaking in or using the more expensive version of the game. As seen in the Youtube video of MKIceandFire, players need to make several choices in MyRise, while 2K Showcase is like beating a specific wrestler in an historic WWE match.
