For her performance, the “Stairway to Heaven” singer donned a Cowboys cheerleading uniform consisting of a blue crop top under a small white vest and white shorts.

On Monday’s (November 27) episode of The viewWhoopi headed to the reaction Dolly received for wearing a revealing outfit.
