Biography of Zach Johnson
Zach Johnson was born in Iowa City to parents Dave Johnson and Julie Johnson. He grew up in Cedar Rapids. Johnsons is the oldest of three siblings. He was particularly interested in playing a number of sports as a young man, including golf, basketball, baseball, football and soccer. Zach joined Elmcrest Country Club at the age of 10 to further his golfing talents. He graduated from high school in 1994 and attended Drake University in Des Moines.
