Matt Napolitano and his husband Ricky Whitcomb have been open about their LGBT relationship. Napolitano died on Saturday in New York, after a short illness. He was then 33 years old. Napolitano has been with Fox News since 2015, first as a writer on Sirius XM’s Fox News Headlines 24/7 program.
His rapid advancement led him to become a sports reporter for the same station. Although he temporarily left the network as a full-time employee in 2022, he returned in November of that year, coinciding with Fox News’ increased efforts to grow its audio content ventures. Napolitano has worked as an anchor and reporter for Fox News, creating and producing features for all audio platforms. In addition, he provided sports coverage for Fox Business Network’s daytime series “Cavuto: Coast to Coast,” hosted by Neil Cavuto. Additionally, Napolitano provided commentary for the Fox News Edge service, which provides news and multimedia packages to Fox affiliates across the country.
