Snack vs. Chef, Netflix’s new food show, will feature phenomenal chefs competing to create delicacies that are both strange and familiar. Hari Cameron, a celebrity chef from Delaware, is one of the contenders. He was a finalist of the 2013 James Beard Foundation “Rising Star Chef” award and three times semi-finalist for the coveted honor. Despite suffering from dyslexia as a child, Harry became one of Sussex County’s most creative chefs. In the meantime, he’ll be in Season 1 of Snack Vs. The chef faced off against 11 other contestants. The official synopsis of the Netflix show is as follows:
“This new culinary tournament, hosted by comedians Megan Stalter and Hari Kondabolu, pits 12 chefs against each other in the ultimate snack battle.” They will be challenged to not only copy some of the world’s most famous snacks, but also design their own unique dishes inspired by famous classics. Only one person will win the grand prize of $50,000.

In an interview, chef Harry Cameron said he loves to cook with his young son Max.
He declared:
“My kid, Max, is four and a half years old. Cooking with him not only helps us spend time together but teaches him skills he’ll use for the rest of his life.”
According to the interview, Hari “struggled with dyslexia and ADD” as a child, and the work in the kitchen gave him grounding and discipline. Before earning his degree and training at The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia, he worked at several beachfront restaurants in Delaware. After earning his degree, he worked as a chef at Nage (now Fork + Flask). Then, in 2012, he opened his own restaurant, a(MUSE), in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
Hari sold her restaurant in 2020, according to a story on Delaware Online. He then opened his own consulting firm and began working as a chef for Arcobaleno Pasta LLC. In addition, he and his brother Orion opened a “pasta-focused grandpa (MAC)” restaurant in 2015. Hari has received various awards, including the James Beard Award for “Culinary Star” rising” and the StarChefs Rising Star Awards (2018). According to his Facebook profile, he attended Sussex Central Senior High School. He has been married to Stephanie since 2010 and the couple has three children.

When is Snack vs. Chef coming out on Netflix?
The first installment of the Snack vs. Chef will premiere on Netflix on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at 3:00 a.m. ET. It is unknown if all the episodes were released at the same time. Luna Contreras, Clara Park, Christian Gill, Danny Kievit, Lauryn Bodden, Sandy Dee Hall, Scottish Francis, Ali Manning, Lauren Jude, Kristopher Edelen and Kevin Gregory were among the final 11 candidates.
They will show off their snacking skills in front of a panel of judges, chef Helen Park and culinary scientist Ali Bouzari. Megan Stalter and Hari Kondabolu will co-host the event and serve on the jury during the elimination rounds. Snack vs. Chef will be available on Netflix on November 30, 2022.
