Herschel Walker’s bid for the Georgia Senate seat suffered a setback when his son, Christian Walker, accused him of being a liar. Christian’s allegations against Herschel arose in light of a report from the daily beast alleging that Herschel paid for his ex-girlfriend’s abortion. Christian Walker was born on September 30, 1999, the son of Herschel Walker and Cindy DeAngelis Grossman. Herschel and Cindy were college sweethearts who married in 1983. They divorced in 2002, three years after Christian’s birth.
Cindy often appeared alongside Herschel when he was a soccer star. However, her public appearances decreased after her retirement and divorce from her.
DeAngelis appears to have a close relationship with Christian and a considerable impact on his life. On March 30, 2022, Christian posted photos on Instagram and claimed through the caption that he had suffered so much abuse from ‘radical leftists’ on campus that his mother asked him to drop out of school.
“I have a quarter left of school and my mom begged me to drop out because of the threats I received from radical leftists on campus…because I am conservative,” Christian wrote.
Recent statements by Christian suggest that his fight with Herschel stems from the politician’s alleged mistreatment of Christian and Grossman. christian said:

Four years after Grossman’s divorce from Herschel, she successfully filed for a protection order from him after alleging that he threatened to kill her and her boyfriend. Maria Tsettos made an affidavit stating:
