Cecily Strong is a writer and actress famous for her role on Saturday Night Live. Her SNL journey began when she debuted as a featured player in September 2012. In the following season, she co-hosted weekend update with Seth Meyers. Strong wanted to focus on doing sketches as part of the regular cast, and at her own request, she was replaced in weekend update by Michael Che.
Strong also has several film and television appearances. Cecily is a stunning actress, and she is quite vocal about her love life. We can confirm that Cecily is not married, but she is in a relationship.

Strong writes that she was tired of her friends trying to set her up. “I’m doing great!” she describes the life of her maiden hers hers. However, she agrees to talk to the handsome man with the mustache.
After a night together, “Can I give you my number?” he asks. The man writes his phone number on the back of an old receipt along with the name ‘Jack’. The timing is not the best: Jack is going to Cuba and Cecily will be in California for a month, but the couple continues to talk. Strong soon discovers Jack’s love for women’s soccer.
The couple’s bond grows closer as the coronavirus pandemic looms. On a night out, Jack comes up with a trick to absolve Cecily of her habit of scratching the skin behind her fingernails when she’s nervous. “I want you to feel like you can hold my hand instead,” Jack says. “I won’t tell you, but it’s one of the nicest things I’ve ever been told,” writes Cecily (for Vulture).
The couple talk all night, and by dawn, they are officially dating. The new relationship confuses Cecily when the death of her beloved cousin Owen looms on the horizon. She explains:
“At first I thought it was really hard to meet someone just because you were losing someone you loved so much. I knew that I would have to be patient with me. I would have to let myself cry. It would be easier to not even try during that process. But grieving for Owen was like nothing I had ever experienced before, and I promised Owen and myself that we would continue to let all the love be there along with the sadness.”
Cecily thinks of Jack as a gift from Owen. Unfortunately, Owen walks by and Jack contracts the coronavirus. Strong’s Mental Health Dives. “I’m upset with him for not understanding why I constantly need to know he’s okay,” Strong writes. “What if Jack dies?” Jack is sick, but he will pull through. Cecily thanks Owen for his new love:
“He taught me about love during his life and he’s teaching me about love afterward.”

In 2014, Cecily was in a relationship with SNL writer Mike O’Brien. They worked together on SNL in 2014 and started dating. Cecily knew that relationships with co-workers are generally frowned upon, but she went through with the relationship regardless. Cecilia spoke with Cosmopolitan about the topic;
“Absolutely. It’s probably stupid. But I got the okay from my dad, who’s a business professional. It happens. The good thing is I never feel like I’m complaining or talking too much about my job.”
It is unclear when the relationship ended, but as of 2015, the couple has not posted any updates on their relationship.
Strong had a date with a mysterious Italian

Cecily’s breakup with Mike was confirmed in 2016 when she talked about dating a mystery Italian man. She said in an interview with vanity fair; “I have just been in Rome. I’m having an Italian love affair. I met him in Seville, Spain, before I broke my foot in Ibiza.”
Cecily spoke at length about her new man, but did not reveal his identity. She continued;
“He is studying to be a diplomat, which is good. It’s all very new. So who knows if it will be a thing? But it’s still fun. He reminds me of Roberto Benigni in a way. We have talked every day for two months. I’m not rushing anything, I promise. If he was too emotionally attached, he’d be too scared to talk about it.
Strong did not reveal more about the relationship afterward, so we don’t know if the relationship ended or not.
