“Many people have the opportunity, at a very young age, to see someone they idolize and want to be that person,” he said. “For my part, I saw someone I didn’t want to be.”
According to Wyatt, David was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. “I’m not going to see my dad out of jail again,” he explained. Michelle, on the other hand, will probably get out of prison. “My mom, she’s dating,” Wyatt added.
Wyatt was raised by his uncle and aunt in Cypress, Texas.
Salvation for Wyatt came through his uncle and aunt from Cypress, Texas. They became his guardians, guiding him through his adolescent life. Wyatt became an Eagle Scout and graduated from high school. He said KHOU11 that his aunt and uncle became his role models:
