While the discontinuation of the PS Plus Collection has disappointed some, the 20 games it offers are just a fraction of the hundreds of games available through PS Plus Extra and Premium. The PS Plus Collection offers some great titles that might have been missed, but it also shows longtime PlayStation fans how the last-gen titles perform better on PS5 hardware. There are tons of great PS4 games for fans of all genres, but the well-constructed PS Plus collection offers something for everyone. Of course, the Extra and Premium PS Plus tiers are better than Essential. However, existing PlayStation 5 owners who are not subscribers can shell out $10 for a month of PS Plus Essential to add 20 great PlayStation Plus Collection games to their PS Plus library.
