Britney Spears wrote about so many celebrities in her memoirs The woman in meincluding her pop partner (and sometimes press rival) Christina Aguilera.
The pop stars can trace their relationship back to before their big hits in the late ’90s. In fact, they shared one of their first brushes with fame on the set of the Mickey Mouse Club.
After releasing “…Baby One More Time” and “Genie in a Bottle,” Britney and Christina were certified pop music princesses throughout the early 2000s and beyond. As such, the media often pitted them against each other. Reports have emerged of a dispute between the women until 2023.
As a result, there have been questions about what Britney would have to say about Christina, and she has appeared in several excerpts ahead of the memoir’s October 24 release date.
In particular, Britney wrote about a time when she was jealous of the pop star. She also reflected on her relationship with Justin Timberlake, who Christina toured with after he broke up with Britney.
While she is mentioned throughout the book, she is absent from Britney’s memories of a moment they shared in the spotlight.
