Ward started doing gymnastics at the age of 3 years and later trained in rhythmic gymnastics at Gymnastika RG Club training under the head coach, Anastasiya Zakreuskaya, and coach, Alla Dimchoglo.

She is also a trained dancer and ballerina. She has competed in many gymnast and dance competitions like the Luxembourg Cup 2017, the Hungary Pecs Cup 2018, the Lebanon Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, and the International Gymnastics Cup 2023. She is a member of many fitness communities including RollDXB and Dubai Circus School.

She made her acting debut in 2023 with the Bollywood film Akelli as Mahira, directed by Pranay Meshram and featuring Nushrratt Bharuccha in the lead role.
