The director of the film Sattam Oru Iruttarai was Sneha in 2012, and its old version was directed by Tamil director Vijay in 1981. Vikram was chosen to play the role of an angry young man in the film Sattam Oru Iruttarai, and the plot of the film revolved around his fight against the legal system in the country. In May 2012, Sneha began directing the film Sattam Oru Iruttarai; however, Vikram Prabhu was called by the director of ‘Kumki’ to reshot the climax of his film.
