Vagmita Singh was born in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She moved to Mumbai in 2014. She did her schooling from Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature in Mumbai. Later, he earned a master’s degree in film production.

Wagmita Singh started her career as an intern in a production house while studying in college. He worked there as an editor for two years. Later, she worked as a writer for a company where she used to write Bollywood news. After a year, he was promoted to head of the company’s materials department. He worked there for about a year and then resigned from the job. In 2023, he wrote eight episodes for the web series ‘Jee Karda’ starring Tamannaah Bhatia.
