The decision comes more than a year after the tragedy, where attendees were crushed and trampled in a chaotic crowd when Travis Scott took a brief break from his performance before continuing his performance and ending the show.

While not facing criminal charges, Travis and promoters Live Nation and ScoreMore still face billions of dollars in potential damages from hundreds of civil claims alleging wrongful death, personal injury, and negligence, through Rolling Stone.
