Vanderpump Rules‘ Tom Sandoval just left a public comment on Raquel Leviss’ Instagram page and the message is now getting a lot of attention.

Now, on Raquel’s birthday (September 12), Tom decided to leave her a message on her Instagram.
Raquel posted a video over the weekend with the caption: “I’ve been dreaming of a place like this.”
Tom left a comment: “Happy birthday Rachel, I really hope you find peace and happiness. I miss you friend”.
