Tillu Tajpuria was an Indian gangster who was involved in various illegal activities like murder, extortion and illegal possession of cars. In 2021, he came into limelight when his gang members killed rival gang leader Jitendra Gogi in Delhi’s Rohini Court. He died in an attack by rivals inside Tihar Jail on 2 May 2023.

Sunil Mann Tajpuria alias Tillu was born on 11 July in Tajpur Kalan, Delhi. His zodiac sign is Cancer. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swami Shraddhanand College, Delhi University.

When he was in college, he had a good relationship with Jitendra Gogi, but during the college elections, both of them supported different candidates for the post of Vice President. Soon, their college rivalry takes a turn for the worst and turns into a gang war. Later Tillu got associated with gangsters like Neeraj Bawana, Naveen Bali, Sunil Rathi and Chinu. Tajpuria and Gogi did not contest the elections directly but were providing muscle power to the candidates. It is unclear why the two decided to support two different candidates when they were such close friends. Then he joined local criminals. In fact, the first case registered against Gogi is of a fight between him and other students outside the college in Alipore in 2008. At that time a case of attempt to murder was registered against him.
On January 21, 2015, members of the Gogi gang killed Raju Chor, one of the close associates of the Tillu gang. In revenge, Tillu’s gang kills Arun Commando, a close associate of the Gogi gang, followed by another murder of Niranjan Master of Gogi’s gang. In 2016, he was arrested in the murder case of Niranjan from Ghuskani village of Rohtak. Earlier the prize money was Rs. There was a reward of Rs 50 thousand on his head. Tillu was arrested along with his associate Vikas alias Vicky in the case. It was from here that the gang war between the two gangs started. In response, Gogi killed Sumit and Devendra Pradhan, associated with Tillu gang. Then Tillu gang killed Ankit, another member of Gogi gang. In 2018, in the war between Tillu Gang and Gogi Gang in Burari, Delhi, serial killings of members of both the gangs took place. They were involved in a mass shooting in which four people were killed. In 2021, when Tillu Mandola was in Tihar Jail, Delhi, his gang planned the murder of Gogi and two of his associates, Umang Yadav and Vinay, disguised as lawyers, killed Gogi in Rohini Court, Delhi. 24 September 2021. He (Tilliu) used to ask them questions that how much time would it take for them to reach Rohini Court, where have they reached now? When Tillu came to know that both the attackers were sitting inside the court room and heavy police force was deployed inside and outside the court, Tillu felt that it would be difficult for him to escape. After this, Tillu again called two other accused Vinay and Umang and asked about their whereabouts. Tillu asks them to run when they tell him that they are at the parking lot.
Death
On the morning of 2 May 2023, Tillu Tajpuria died in an attack by his rivals inside Tihar Jail. According to jail officials, the attack took place inside the jail around 6:30 am. According to Delhi Police Additional DCP Western District Akshat Kaushal, Tillu was lodged in jail number 9, while Yogesh Tunda, a member of his rival gang, Gogi, was lodged in jail number 8; Yogesh Tunda, along with other members of the rival gang, attacked Tillu with an iron grill.
