Erica Herman talks about the end of her relationship with Tiger Woods.
In new court documents, the 47-year-old golfer’s 38-year-old ex claims he used his lawyer to break up with her after convincing her to go to the airport for a trip, via People.

The documents, filed in Florida, allege that Tiger created a “scheme” with his attorney to falsely tell her that he was taking a spontaneous trip to the Bahamas on a private plane.
When she arrived at the airport, Tiger allegedly told her to talk to his lawyer and then left.
Tiger’s attorney then told him that he would “never see Mr. Woods again” and that he would not be allowed to return to the Florida home where he lived with the golfer, according to the documents.
He “proceeded to insult her” before attempting to “force her to agree to a confidentiality and arbitration agreement,” the documents also state.
She says she refused to sign the agreement, even though the NDA was signed in her name in August 2017. She also claims that Tiger Woods and his legal team “took away her personal property and her pets” during the dispute.
The document also claims that Tiger Woods had a sexual relationship with Erica while she was an employee at his restaurant, allegedly forcing her to sign a confidentiality agreement to keep her job.
“Tiger Woods, the internationally renowned athlete and one of the most powerful figures in world sport, decided to enter into a sexual relationship with his employee and then, according to him, forced her to sign a confidentiality agreement about it or else, she would be fired from her job. ”, reads the presentation.
“When he became dissatisfied with their sexual relationship, he tricked her into leaving his home, locked it, took her cash, pets, and personal belongings, and tried to force her to sign a different confidentiality agreement. “He now wants to deny her access to the courts and submit this case to secret arbitration, based on a heavily redacted document that he claims is a contract between them.”
Tiger has disputed the claims through an attorney. Her lawyer JB Murray appeared in court and questioned Erica’s attempts to dissolve her NDA, via AP.
The judge said she would give her decision in writing, but a date has not yet been set for it.
