The Boulet brothers have a big announcement: season 5 of Dracula is coming!
The upcoming fifth season of the horror-themed drag reality competition television series will premiere Tuesday, October 31 on Shudder and AMC+.
“We have created four seasons of the main show at this point and just wrapped up our first all-star season with Dragula from the Boulet brothers: Titans spin-off, and we consider that whole ‘Chapter 1’ part of Dragula’s story. With season 5, we begin a new and innovative chapter of the show, and we have restructured and updated the format in an incredibly exciting way,” says Dracmorda, one half of the duo Boulet Brothers.
“No one is going to sail the ship more passionately than us, which is why we took over as show directors for season 5 and brought in incredibly talented new crew members who are truly elevating what you’ll see on screen. ” says Swanthula, the other half of the Boulet brothers.
“We will be going back to basics with the format and focusing on the competitive element of the show, the incredible artists we have chosen and the out of this world looks they create each week and of course dragging artists who perform incredibly scary and shocking physical challenges on television. This is the hottest season of the show yet and I can’t wait for fans to see these new competitors. “They are truly the most impressive drag performers I have ever seen on screen.”
The cast has yet to be announced, but some of the guest judges have already been revealed. The show will also feature the series’ first recurring judge! There will also be appearances by stars and winners from past seasons, including Victoria Elizabeth Black, Dahli and Koco Caine.
