Amid the release of David Beckham’s Netflix documentary series beckhamThe 48-year-old former soccer star is making headlines due to new revelations about his family life and professional career.
David spent almost the first decade of his football career playing for Manchester United from 1992 to 2003. During his last 10 years on the pitch, he had spells with Real Madrid LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain. David was also a prolific member of the England national team from 1996 to 2009, with the midfielder boasting 17 goals in 115 appearances for his country.
On the personal side, David and his wife Victoria Beckham, 49, married in 1999 and have four children together.
Victoria, formerly known as Posh Spice of the Spice Girls, appeared in the beckham documentary series with other people close to David to talk about their relationships with the former athlete.
