Taylor Swift has resumed her acclaimed Eras Tour and planted her flag in Sydney, Australia. Swift has been performing a high volume of shows over the past few months. On February 21, she enjoyed a rare day off at Sydney Zoo, according to Page Six.
“Taylor Swift is in tourist mode on her day off. The “Cruel Summer” singer was seen carrying a digital camera while she visited the Sydney Zoo in Australia with members of her Eras Tour team on Wednesday. “Swift, 34, cut a casual figure in a light blue T-shirt, a denim miniskirt and white sneakers,” Page Six wrote.
Kelce joins Swift on Eras tour
A highly anticipated guest will join Swift in Australia. Swift is currently dating Kansas Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce. After celebrating the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory over the past week, the NFL star landed in Australia to join her new boyfriend on tour. A source told InTouch that the couple plans to enjoy an extended vacation during their time together.
“It will be the first uninterrupted period in which neither of us really have much to do. “They are planning a longer vacation where they can truly relax for the first time since they started dating more than six months ago,” a source told InTouch.
“Taylor will be busy, of course, but Travis just wants to be there to see her work. He is always in awe of her when he performs and fusses over her after her shows.”
Audio of Chiefs Super Bowl debacle will not be leaked
The Chiefs’ victory in the Super Bowl was not without drama. Kelce was on the bench for a pivotal play in the second quarter. And during that play, the Chiefs fumbled in the red zone. After the turnover, Kelce went into beast mode with his head coach Andy Reid.
Although Kelce was wired for the game, a source tells the New York Post that audio of the exchange will not air.
“Two people closely involved in the sports media business told The Post that they suspect the Chiefs blocked NFL Films, which captures the microphone audio, and “Inside the NFL” from airing the direct sound bite of Kelce, and one of them said he thought this edict came from Reid,” the Post writes.
