Taylor Swift Books It Offstage During ‘Eras Tour’ After Set Piece Malfunctions

Taylor Swift pulled out her superspeed during a stop on her Eras Tour in Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday (June 30).

The 33-year-old “Blank Space” pop titan had to make a run for backstage after she suffered what appeared to be a malfunction with a piece of staging. More specifically, a secret door in the floor didn’t open up fast enough, leaving her with no way to make it backstage for a reset.

Fans caught the cute moment on camera, and it’s going viral on social media.

In the clip, Taylor puts on a burst of speed to run past her dancers during the show, seemingly out of fears of being late for a quick change.

Ironically enough, the panel in the floor began to open mere moments after the star began booking it.

“Imagine being the people under the stage waiting to help her quick change and the platform comes down and she’s just vanished,” one fan wrote in the comments section.

Another joked that it was the “errors tour.”

“I love how she first goes for a strut and then realized she has to full blown sprint,” another noticed.

“This gets funnier the more you watch it,” someone else added.

Taylor has gone viral for at least one other slightly incorrect stunt during the Eras Tour.

If you missed it, last week the hitmaker brought one of her beloved but controversial old hits out of retirement and made a big ask of her Swifties.
