Sylvester Stallone Tearfully Releases Tribute Video to ‘Rocky’ Co-Star Carl Weathers

Sylvester Stallone posted an emotional tribute video to Carl Weathers on Instagram.

Weathers passed away at the age of 76 on Thursday. He was known for his portrayal of Apollo Creed in the first four Rocky Films.

In a visibly moved voice, Stallone paid tribute to his old friend and stated: “My life changed for the better forever the day I met Carl Weathers. He was magical. And I was lucky to be part of his life. He rests in power and keeps punching.”
