During his appearance in Tonight’s show with Jimmy FallonSyndey Sweeney recalled her experience with the spiders and noted that her reaction included a “soul scream.”
Sweeney was also seen trying to convince the production team and co-star Glen Powell that she was actually bitten by the spider. She can be heard shouting “No! She’s really biting me! in the clip.

“They told me he was trained,” he explained. “I don’t know how you train a damn spider. We were filming and the thing started biting me. But we were in the middle of the scene and he was supposed to be screaming, but then my screaming became very serious.”
