Supriya Paul was born on Thursday, 16 September 1993 (age 30 years; as in 2023) in New Delhi. Her zodiac sign is Virgo. He did his high school in commerce from Shri Ram School, Aravalli (2001-2011). He completed his formal education in Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) (2011 – 2014) at Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. Supriya and her partner Shobhit Banga founded Josh Talks Company in 2015 and started with just one YouTube Hindi channel in October 2017. They gradually expanded to 9 other languages including Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Kannada and English. Since then, Josh Talks has garnered over 8.9M subscribers. The platform has released over 2,500 online talks as well as conducted over 1,500 offline events and workshops.

- One of her inspirations was her father who told her there was no room for mediocrity when she was just 13 years old. She kept his words in her mind since then and wanted to create something irreparable. This also helped him in many other aspects of life.
- “Josh Talks” has been honored with the National Media Award by President Ramnath Kovind. It has been named one of the top 100 startups of 2018 by the Economic Times and Sutra HR.
- Although Josh Talks has recorded over 4000 stories from people, he decided to choose the top 30 most viewed stories on YouTube to compile his book.
- Supriya believes that her first big failure was when she was 17 years old and could not get into her dream college, Shri Ram College of Commerce. However, he later felt that it was pointless to focus on his failures as they were merely part of the journey.
