Arrested for running sex racket
In April 2023, Mumbai Police arrested Suman from a hotel in Goregaon, Mumbai. He was detained for running a prostitution racket in Mumbai. She worked as a middleman in providing girls to customers. According to sources, the Social Service Branch of the police raided the hotel and busted the prostitution trade. Earlier, the police had received information about illegal activity at Royal Palm Hotel in Goregaon. As part of their plan, the police sent an intelligence officer to the hotel by posing as a customer. Suman makes a deal with the fake client and tells him that the charges for a model range from Rs 50000 to Rs 80000. Later, while addressing the media, the local police said that Suman used to target girls who came to Mumbai in search. Useful. She would force the girls into her prostitution racket and sometimes take advantage of their poor financial condition.
