Sujaya Parvathy News

The southern state of Kerala, which is currently governed by a Communist administration, has evolved into a state that is anti-Hindu, from escalating attacks on the BJP and RSS to forcibly banning saffron banners during temple festivals. Nowadays, if you criticise the Central administration run by the Bharatiya Janata Party or praise it, you are labelled a Sanghvi and a right-winger in Kerala, which is revered as God’s own nation.

In one such occurrence, Sujaya Parvathy, a well-known Malayali news editor and anchor of the “24” Malayalam News Channel, was recently fired. And she made the error of speaking at a women’s conference that was hosted by the BMS (Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh), a labour union linked with the Sangh Parivar, in honour of International Women’s Day.

According to reports, she gave a speech at the occasion in which she lauded Narendra Modi’s central administration for its efforts.

Ironically, CITU and other communist-affiliated organisations have hosted events in the past that 24 News CEO Srikantan Nair has attended. But nobody has penalised him for going to the event, and why would they? It should be emphasised that Sreekandan Nair has already discussed his opposition to Modi, the NDA, and the RSS in interviews.

Gokulam Gopalan, one of 24 News’ major shareholders, is rumoured to have disapproved of her suspension. Her suspension, meanwhile, was hailed with surprise and rage. The management of 24 News was forced to reverse course after BMS quickly sparked demonstrations and agitations. They urged her to join on March 29 after lifting her suspension.

She appeared in a saffron costume in her first newscast after rejoining as a protest against what had occurred to her and to demonstrate that she stands by what she said. She also quit her job the same night, exacting revenge as it was a scene from a movie.

Sujaya has not made explicit what her ambitions are, but she has made it apparent that she would continue working in the media. Sujaya Parvathy is a true inspiration and a brilliant illustration of how Hindus must resist Communist tyranny with steadfastness.
