Suhasini Haider was born on Tuesday, 20 February 1973 (age 50 years; as of 2023) in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His zodiac sign is Pisces. Later she moved from Chennai to Delhi with her parents. In 1994, Suhasini began her journalism journey as an intern at CNN’s United Nations Bureau in New York. Subsequently, she became a producer at CNN New Delhi Bureau in April 1995. From 1995 to 2005, he had an important stint with CNN International. During this time, he provided regular reports from various countries in the Indian subcontinent, including India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. His contributions were instrumental in CNN receiving the Columbia-DuPont Broadcast Journalism Award in 2005 for its comprehensive coverage of the 2004 Indian tsunami.
He also spent a month working for CNN.com in New York, and contributed to coverage of the 9/11 attacks by al-Qaeda against the United States in 2001. In 2000, she was injured in a bomb blast. Reporting from conflict zones in Kashmir. Later, he was appointed as a correspondent for the New Delhi bureau of CNN International. From 2005 to 2014, he worked as foreign affairs editor and prime-time anchor for CNN-IBN. Later, she was appointed as the diplomatic editor of The Hindu, where she regularly writes on foreign policy issues and hosts a weekly online show ‘Worldview with Suhasini Haider’. In March 2011, she was the only Indian journalist present in Gaddafi-controlled areas during the Libyan conflict. He has interviewed Prime Ministers and Presidents of several countries, including Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, former Spanish Prime Minister José María Aznar and former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
